analog coffee is here!

Look everyone! After a much anticipated arrival, Analog Coffee is here!

The owners Tim and Danny are my good pals and have been working on this coffee shop for quite a while now. And, as of yesterday, they were able to officially open for business! The place is amazing and so are they.

Swing by and order a cup of their french press, or a latte, or better yet, get a cup of pour over and choose from a menu of beans from all over the world. Want something that is a bit fruity and lighter bodied? Perhaps you should try the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Or maybe something with more chocolate, hazelnut, and toffee overtones? Then maybe try the Brazilian Chapadao de Ferro. And if you aren’t sure, just ask! Danny and Tim know a ridiculous amount about coffee and are super friendly and helpful. I mean, look at these guys…

The coffee beans are all roasted by Herkimer Coffee up on Phinney Ridge, where my other pal Elaine not only manages, but also helps out in the roasting room. Analog Coffee also boasts organic dairy from Washington’s Fresh Breeze Organics, and sweets and breads from Macrina and Mighty-O in the pastry case.

Did I mention that they basically designed and built the entire place themselves?

Or that they have excellent music taste?

Or that they are fabulous at making beautiful and delicious coffee?

Or that before they officially opened, they kept their top of the line Synesso Hydra espresso machine covered with an 80s Kliban cat sheet?

Analog Coffee. On the corner of Summit and Thomas in Seattle, Washington.
Your coffee is ready!
